TEAM MEMBERS:

	Jeff Brown Jeff has 23 years managing engineering teams and project, his education is in Electronic Engineering, and is an innovative designer of mechanical systems, optics and plastic devices and enclosures. He is president of Excalibur Engineering.
	Virginia Brown Virginia is skilled in fundraising, human resources and customer interface and support, she comes to us from England and brings a level of sophistication to our organization and a high degree of professionalism.
Mike Heare	Mike is our first rate Industrial Designer. With over 15 years of experience in development of concepts and forms for great looking and feeling designs. He has a BA in industrial design from Colorado and is a skilled plastics designer with an eye for labels and visuals.
	Mark Alexander Mark is an exercise physiologist turned salesman, his background in the medical profession contributes greatly to the designs we produce with regards to human factors. Mark is excellent at helping a customer define what they want, and he works closely through out the project to see that the customers needs are always central.
	Guy Hatch Dr. Hatch served 21years as a general pediatrician in Logan, Utah. In addition to clinical medicine, he has also been successful in medical device research and development. His infant warming system and reflectance pulse oximetry sensor address unique needs of premature infants. Dr. Hatch writes our FDA submittals and works closely on patents.
Larry Stone	Larry is a remarkably driven manufacturing engineer with 30 years experience. His specialty is to develop processes and lines for manufacturing. He has set up lines for circuit boards, push lines, extrusion lines and secondary services.
Fon Brown	Fon holds a Phd. In both Software and electronics. He is brilliant in the math and sciences. Fon provides a stable core to the engineering at Excalibur by checking and challenging the thinking and insuring that we are always fundamentally grounded in science. Fon directs all the software activities at Excalibur.
	Phil Covington Phil has 38 years of design and documentation for mechanical and electronics. Phil is an award winner in maintaining careful control of the drawings, schematics, layouts and designs. Phil forms the backbone of document control and maintains the Device Master Records required for medical design and development.
